TechSoup Connect London Chapter

As a charity, recruiting, growing, developing and retaining staff with appropriate digital and tech skills was one the major challenges identified in our last meetup of 2022. So we are starting the year with a practical session focusing on these challenges and sharing resources and approaches that have worked for you / other organisations when tackling these skills gaps.

About this event

After some networking and refreshments, we’ll kick off the evening sharing some thoughts on developing digital and data leadership roles in the sector including supporting & increasing the skills of the multi hat wearing charity worker!  We’ll briefly hear some case studies highlighting specific challenges and also successful upskilling approaches, before finding out what you are particularly interested in focussing on.  Then we'll split into smaller groups to discuss areas raised in more detail and share tips and ideas you can take back to your organisation.
Finally we’ll crowdsource useful resources and learning opportunities you would recommend and compile and share a list with the TechSoup Connect London community and wider sector.
