Gathering feedback from service users in a hybrid environment

Apr 26, 2022, 3:00 – 4:30 PM

In this new hybrid working / service delivery environment, it is more important than ever that we check in with the people we work with and support to find out how they are experiencing our services. Come join us and hear from peers on how small charities can and have been collecting feedback to improve their services within the new hybrid environment.

Program delivery + management

About this event

In this new hybrid working / service delivery environment, it is more important than ever that we check in with the people we work with and support to find out how they are experiencing our services. This could be directly e.g. from surveys or focus groups; or indirectly e.g. analytics or other information we have on how people are interacting with our services.

Come and join us and hear from peers on how small charities can and have been collecting feedback to improve their services within the new hybrid environment.  We will hear from two speakers, followed by opportunities to share your own experiences in smaller discussion groups, learning from peers and identifying new ideas to take forward.

This session will be on online via Zoom.

Speakers:

Alex Charles, Law Centres Network and Voluntary Action Camden

Kathryn Dingle, New Philanthropy Capital

Angela Schlenkhoff-Hus, Coalition for Efficiency
