In this session, we will focus on tools, apps, or just a new method or process you’ve implemented in the past year (in part due to COVID-19) to support your organization's tech needs. Plan to share if you believe you’ll continue to keep the tool or process now that more in-person activities are returning for your team or organization. Come with at least one aspect to share with the group, as well as things that you’ve learned in using the tool or implementing the process.
