Building and leading communities has never been more necessary or more challenging. One thing we know: the extended network of community and community-skilled leaders is our best source of knowledge, inspiration, and mutual support.

Join 100+ other community and community-skilled leaders in-person in San Francisco on January 8th for a day of conversations and sharing that explores the questions: “How do I create more impact through my community practice today, and what opportunities and obstacles will we, as a community of practitioners, need to navigate in order to grow in the future?”

We will use Open Space Technology (aka Unconference) to facilitate the event, allowing us to focus on the topics, issues, and innovations the people in the room want to discuss.

Please Note: This will be a 100% in-person event. No remote participation options are available.

For those new to the Unconference format: We will collaboratively craft our agenda the morning of the event - there are no pre-scheduled keynotes or panels, only high-signal discussions, and human-to-human-scale connections.

Scholarships: We have reserved a few scholarship tickets for Unconference volunteers. Needed volunteer roles include photographer, note-taker, and newsroom coordinator.
