Since OPORA is mostly known as a watch-dog network for Ukraine's election process, Iryna as a team member is responsible for planning and conduct of election observation and monitoring campaigns, especially designing blended-learning educational and communication strategies. Apart from the observation missions, Iryna is involved in watchdog activities aiming to improve the level of transparency, openness and accountability of government bodies.

Simon Lau is the SVP of Product at Otter.ai, the the award-winning AI-powered voice note-taking and collaboration tool. He is a seasoned product leader with over 20 years experience building speech and AI-powered consumer and enterprise applications. He has led product teams at Nuance, Oracle, and 247.ai. Simon holds both Masters and Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Allison Fine is among the nation’s pre-eminent writers and strategists on the use of technology for social good. She is the author of the award-winning of "Momentum: Igniting Social Change in the Connected Age" and "Matterness: Fearless Leadership for a Social World" and co-author with Beth Kanter of the best-selling "The Networked Nonprofit". She is a member of the national board of Women of Reform Judaism and was chair of the national board of NARAL Pro-Choice America Foundation and a founding board member of Civic Hall. She has keynoted conferences around the world.

Eva also works closely with nonprofit organizations to harness the power of social good.
Jennifer Bangoura is the Director of Career Innovation at Nexford University and a Consultant for the Future of Learning Fund, an early-stage venture fund to invest in new and improved models of learning that deliver education at scale and prepare Africans for the future of work. She believes that finding a career you love and creating the future of work is about building community. Originally from the United States, she currently lives and works remotely from Malawi.
