Employee resource groups (ERGs), business resource groups (BRGs), affinity groups, and diversity councils are all people-serving entities within an organization. They are formed by employees and serve the organization's mission through a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) lens. Executive directors can expect to learn how to leverage ERGs at their organization for business needs, social networking, professional development, and community engagement.
