Collaboration is a critical element of long-term resilience in civil society. In this session, Melvin Chibole will draw on more than 17 years of experience in community philanthropy, systems thinking and social justice to explore what collaboration means in practice and how to make it meaningful.
Melvin has held strategic roles at organizations including ActionAid International, the Kenya Community Development Foundation and the UN Environment Programme. He brings a perspective rooted in locally led development and inclusive, community-driven approaches.
This session will focus on how cross-sector, cross-border collaboration can strengthen collective agency and build more responsive and equitable systems.
